9. Background Checks & FCRA Notice

If KNTC or a client requests a background check on a candidate, this will only occur after obtaining your written authorization, and you will receive any disclosures required under the FCRA and applicable state law, including notice before any adverse action is taken based on a consumer report.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be posted on this page.
